Welcome to the Corpus Christi Professional Firefighters Relief & Outreach Fund webpage!
The Corpus Christi Professional Firefighters Relief & Outreach Fund (R&O Fund) was created June 19th, 2013 by Corpus Christi Firefighters as a way to give back to the local community. The CCPF R&O fund assists local families that have been displaced from their homes due to fires. Even in the smallest of fires, so much can be lost! The CCPF R&O also provides nationwide assistance to firefighters and their families that are stricken with serious illness, injuries, or death.
The Corpus Christi Professional Firefighters Relief and Outreach Fund is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. Since inception, the CCPF R&O Fund has provided over $60,300.00 in assistance to local families and firefighters nationwide! Over 70% of monies raised have stayed here locally assisting the very community the fund was created for!!
Support for the R&O Fund is provided through fundraising events and donations. Our fundraisers are organized and hosted by the Corpus Christi Professional Firefighters Association’s Fundraising Committee. Our largest fundraising event held is the annual Fallen Heroes 343 Golf Tournament. The R&O Fund’s success is due to the generosity and support from community-minded individuals and businesses!! Thank you to all of our past, present, and future donors!!
There are 5 Board of Directors: Emilio Hernandez, Dan Pierce, Kenneth Erben, Joe Flores, and Amber Lopez.
